- Support the Bodyshop Process Risk Assessment (Process BI) by collecting, analysing, and categorizing process risks in line with BI Levels 1–7.
- Assist in identifying high-risk process steps relating to weld integrity, fitment accuracy, part presence, and general build quality.
- Provide support in analysing defect data, BI dashboards, and customer feedback sources to determine trends and root causes.
- Participate in workshops, interviews, and on-site assessments with Bodyshop personnel to understand existing controls and process gaps.
- Contribute to the creation of mitigation strategies including Poke-Yoke solutions, inspection stations, and revised process controls.
- Assist in constructing Excel-based risk matrices, Pareto charts, and analysis reports for management and shop-floor communication.
- Support in developing a monitoring and control plan for defect reduction and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and update communication material including progress dashboards, intranet updates, KPI boards, and project documentation.
- Support training material development for Bodyshop teams focusing on process risk awareness and defect prevention.
- Perform other duties as required by management in support of the overall quality improvement project.
- Completed or final year Mechatronics Engineering.
- Knowledge and practical application of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including the ability to present data clearly to both management and shop-floor teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees and technical specialists.
