In this technically focused role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to research, develop, test and refine Chemical Formulations and processes—bridging laboratory insights with real-world industrial applications.
Key Focus Areas:

Applied research and development of Chemical and Water Treatment Solutions

Evaluation, testing, and optimisation of Chemical Formulations

Translating fundamental Chemical Principles into Scalable Engineering Solutions

Supporting innovation initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Technical input into product development and process enhancement

Minimum Requirements:

BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering, or BSc Chemistry

1–5 years’ experience, preferably with exposure to R&D, process development, or technical problem-solving

Some postgraduate exposure or research experience advantageous

Solid understanding of core chemical principles

Curious, analytical mindset with a collaborative and professional approach

Afrikaans proficiency advantageous
