We are seeking an experienced Civil Draughts person with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a design office or consulting firm environment within civil engineering infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthworks, municipal services, and bulk systems design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is essential for this role.

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and profiles for civil engineering projects, including earthworks, roads, drainage systems, and utilities.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications in all drafting work.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to create 3D models, surfaces, and alignments for site development and infrastructure projects.
• Generate terrain models, grading designs, and cross-sections to support engineering analysis and design optimization.
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and construction documentation based on Civil 3D models.
• Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct regular checks and revisions as needed to maintain the quality and integrity of drafting work.
• Collaborate with project teams to address design issues and implement necessary revisions in a timely manner.
• Work closely with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to coordinate drafting efforts and resolve design-related challenges.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to clarify requirements, discuss design options, and provide progress updates.
• Participate in design meetings, project reviews, and technical discussions to contribute to project success.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a design office or consulting firm environment within civil engineering infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is essential.
