The role requires the individual to mentor dependent and independent adult learners through a blended learning journey.
- Mentor dependent and independent adult learners through a blended learning journey.
- Manage and coordinate all activities in relation to learners, enrolments, progress and assessments with all entities involved.
- Provide day-to-day support and encouragement to ensure learners overcome any challenges.
- Make recommendations to management to ensure that learners are prepared for final assessments.
