Overview
A leading open-cast mining operator in the Northern Cape, committed to safety and workforce development, urgently seeks an experienced Workplace Coach
.
Drive operational competency, safety compliance, and performance through coaching, mentorship, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate training sessions and develop COPs/SOPs
- Mentor staff, review goals, and assess performance
- Maintain training records, conduct gap analyses, and ensure compliance
- Grade 12 + Diploma in Training & Development
- Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator certifications
- 8+ years in open-cast mining
- Valid driver’s license
- MS Office proficiency, strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
