Role Overview- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general queries
- Provide professional service in German and English
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- German proficiency: B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- Good English communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Attractive remuneration package
- One-way local flight to Durban before start date
- 20 nights accommodation provided on arrival
- On-site role in Umhlanga
- Start Date: April
