In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with order management, logistics, product questions, and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism. • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in German (B2, C1, or C2 level) and good English communication skills for internal team collaboration.
• Education: A completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
• Legal & Compliance: Must have valid permission to work in South Africa and a clear criminal and credit (ITC) record.
• Experience: Prior experience in Customer Support or a call centre environment is highly preferred, specifically within the retail sector.
• Availability: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Competitive Package: A basic salary of R20,000 – R25,000 per month plus standard benefits.
