We aren't looking for a typical Travel & Reservations Consultant, we’re looking for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in delivering a perfectly executed South African travel experience. You will be the face & voice of our central reservations department—the bridge between international clients, local & international agents and life-changing South African experiences. You won't just take bookings; you’ll consult, curate, and convert.

• The Hustle:
  Advise direct clients and agents on the best tour products, turning inquiries into confirmed departures.
• The Precision:
  Manage the "central nervous system" of our reservations—checking booking details accurately, confirming availability with Ops, and ensuring every T is crossed and I is dotted.
• The Strategy:
  Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to identify emerging markets and keep the Hotspots2c brand ahead of the competition.
• The Expertise:
  Be the go-to expert on SA geography and global travel trends.

• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Preference will be given to those with travel agent, tourism or hospitality experience
• Well travelled (locally & internationally)
• Valid driver's license
• Must reside in or near the Somerset West / Strand areas of the Western Cape
• Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
