Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor quality of work and ensure building standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Manage site materials, deliveries, and stock control
- Report on project progress to senior management
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- 57 years experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
- Strong knowledge of building processes and site management
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and teams
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for the site
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field
