Overview
Hire Resolve is seeking a talented Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor) within the Built Environment sector to join our client's team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, procurement, and overall project coordination.
Responsibilities

Estimating and providing cost advice during the design phase of projects
Preparing bills of quantities and tender documents
Managing the procurement process and assessing contractor bids
Administering contracts and ensuring contract compliance
Monitoring project costs and managing variations
Preparing progress reports and conducting financial analysis
Providing input into project risk management
Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (Minimum qualification)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or project management
Proficiency in cost estimating, contract administration, and procurement
Thorough understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation
Strong financial and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
