🚧 WE ARE HIRING: ROLLER OPERATOR

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roller Operator to join our team on civil and road construction projects.

🕒 Position Type:
Temporary position with 3 x Month Probation

💰 Salary:
Market-Related (Based on Experience)

• Operate vibratory and smooth drum rollers safely and efficiently
• Compact soil, gravel, and asphalt surfaces according to project specifications
• Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any faults
• Ensure compliance with all site health and safety regulations

• Gade 10-12 or higher
• Proven experience as a Roller Operator (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Valid operator competency certificate
• Valid South African
• Valid Code 10/14 driver’s license
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
• Ability to work long hours when required
• Strong understanding of compaction techniques and site levels
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability

• Experience in roadworks and civil construction projects
• Valid driver’s license
