Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan work schedules to meet bar chart deadlines and ensure employee productivity
- Oversee excavations, steel fixing, shuttering, and concrete pouring for large-scale civil projects
- Manage site safety compliance and organize necessary work permits
- Perform basic surveying, level checks, and calculate material quantities
- Responsible for quality control and procurement of construction material/equipment
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in civil construction supervision, with NQF Level 4 National Certificate.
