Position: Surveyor / Foreman

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a versatile and experienced Surveyor/Foreman to join their clients team in the construction industry. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects as a Foreman and conducting accurate surveys as a Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in both construction management and surveying.
As a Surveyor/Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and quality of construction projects. You will coordinate and supervise construction activities, assign tasks to workers, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Additionally, you will conduct precise surveys using advanced surveying equipment and prepare accurate reports and drawings based on the survey data.
Responsibilities:
Conduct precise and accurate site surveys, including measurements and data collection to support project planning and execution.Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.Monitor project progress, perform quality checks, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on project status, site conditions, and any necessary adjustments.Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Requirements:
Valid Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a SurveyorExtensive experience with drainage systems, water supply, stormwater management, and road construction is essential.Experience as a Foreman in the construction industryProficiency in the use of surveying equipment and softwareStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and toolsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret project plans and specificationsKnowledge of construction safety standards and regulationsValid driver’s license (Code
