Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Rondebosch

Our Client is seeking a high-impact Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, enable the sales team, and ensure systems are optimised for scale. Acting as the Founder’s commercial right-hand, you’ll lead through clarity, structure, and accountability — inspiring the team and owning results.
This role is strategic and operational, not hands-on technical work. You will manage CRM, e-commerce, and outsourced marketing/operations partners, ensuring systems support sales growth and excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and growing a sales team
• Strong CRM experience (Monday preferred)
• Commercial and revenue-focused mindset
• Ability to lead through influence, trust, and accountability
• Comfortable managing outsourced agencies/partners
• B2B sales experience
• E-commerce exposure (Shopify)
• Familiarity with inventory systems (Cin7 / DEAR)
• Experience in founder-led or fast-growth businesses

Job Duties:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to high performance
• Own overall sales growth (B2B + e-commerce) and pipeline health
• Manage CRM (Monday) adoption, automation, and reporting
• Oversee B2B marketing strategy via outsourced partners, tracking ROI and lead quality
• Ensure commercial systems (CRM, Shopify, inventory) support sales and growth
• Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and production
• Collaborate with the Founder on strategy and execution
