Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, has a vacancy for a Wage and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team in Vanderbijlpark. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of the wages to ensure correct, on-time-every-time payment of wages. Applicants must reside in the Vaal area.

Processing and managing all aspects of payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including:

• Calculating hours.
• Processing new Assignees.
• Terminations.
• Administer employee benefits, including Provident Fund, Funeral Benefit and any other benefits.
• Auditing of Assignee and Client Files.
• All other administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
• Reporting on all wage-related matters.

• Grade 12 (Twelve) with Accounting and Maths (Standard Grade as a minimum) will be an advantage.
• Further studies in Payroll Management will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 (Three) years of experience in a Temporary Employment Services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The remuneration package on offer will include a basic salary, allowances as required for the position, Death Benefit Insurance, Disability Insurance and Funeral Policy benefits.
