Description:

Red Cat Recruitment is seeking an experienced DEBT COLLECTOR for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Camperdown, Kwa Zulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle ESSENTIAL!

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

3+ yrs experience in a similar position.

Contact customers by phone, email, or letter to collect outstanding debts.

Negotiate repayment plans or settlements within company or client guidelines.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and payment arrangements.

Trace and locate debtors using skip tracing tools or databases when necessary.

Provide debtors with information about their accounts, balances, and payment options.

Follow up regularly to ensure payment commitments.

Work collaboratively with finance or accounts departments to reconcile account information.

Review and verify the accuracy of debtor information and outstanding amounts.
