Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team

• Establish and maintain CRM. Building relationships with the aim of understanding customer’s needs and translating technical solutions to meet/exceed their expectations.
• Advance the company strategy to grow and develop market share.
• Professional conduct and ability to represent Fuchs to a high standard in terms of marketing and promoting the organization.
• Good grasp of defence related systems and sub-systems, and how Fuchs’ offering fits into this arena for existing and development requirements.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Knowledge of military electronics and particularly the ammunition systems environment (Navy, Air Force, Army
  (artillery/infantry))
• Proposal Management – including costing within internal parameters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, externally (MoD’s defence forces and defence industry/ establishment) and internally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work with difficult client in multi-cultural/culturally diverse markets.
• Ability to identify customer needs and purpose suitable solutions.
• Attention to detail, including technical and financial.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• End-to-end hands-on involvement in bringing leads to landing contracts.

• Experience in defence industry
• 15 years’ experience in the electronic development industry
