• Develop, lead and execute a business development strategy for existing and new to‑bank customers.
• Work with Complex Lending, Deal Structuring & Execution teams to prepare lending proposals – obtaining and analysing business and industry information and managing the portfolio.
• Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
• Support delivery of local area performance measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement.

• Substantial experience in business, commercial or private banking.
• A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related fields (highly desirable).
• Strong capability in building both personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
• Broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e‑commerce solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units to achieve best outcomes for customers.
• Ability to provide technical advice and guidance on debt products and deal structuring.
