Internal Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales department by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Handle all internal sales duties, including quotations, order processing, and customer communication.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and admin teams.
• Attend team meetings and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Matric or Equivalent.

• 1 – 2 years in internal sales
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Quick Easy) advantageous.

• Demonstrates professionalism in both conduct and communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent administrative, organisational, and time‑management capabilities.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on quality customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Familiarity with data entry systems and electronic filing.
