Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and excellent client communication skills? YESMAN is looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our vibrant team in Pinetown, KZN.

This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Costing Manager.

• Prepare and generate quotations for clients for new and existing products.
• Answer web and phone enquiries from clients and sales representatives.
• Revise and amend quotes as needed.
• Coordinate the processing of jobs, including generating sales and works orders, managing artwork and visuals, and advising clients on order ETAs.
• Perform costings of custom products and report on daily and weekly sales data.
• Manage social media enquiries and content approval.
• Assist walk-in clients and provide general administration support.

• Matric certificate (minimum requirement).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration-type role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
