Responsibilities:
Manage the admin side of the workshop with special attention to tools, as well as organising
consumables for the workshop.
Control the switchboard and receive customer’s payment.
Perform daily branch admin and assist customers efficiently.
Manage payments, float balancing, and banking preparation.
Handle quotes, invoices, job cards, and certificates accurately.
Manage walk-in customers, calls, and direct complaints appropriately.
Process quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and spares transfers.
Skills & Knowledge:
Computer literate
Excel and word proficient
Communication skills
Administrative skills
SAP
Education:
National Senior Certificate
Experience:
3-5 years’ workshop admin experience essential
Experience as a cashier advantageous
Experience using SAP will be advantageous.
Some experience in working with a switchboard will be advantageous
