An established financial services practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Partner Assistant to support Financial Planning Partners in delivering efficient client service and administrative support.

This role involves managing client administration, coordinating new business transactions, maintaining accurate client records, and acting as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the financial planning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planning Partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests
  • Manage client onboarding processes including FICA and compliance documentation
  • Process new business applications and client transfers
  • Liaise with product providers regarding client transactions and requirements
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation on internal systems
  • Prepare documentation and reports for client reviews
  • Monitor outstanding requirements for new business applications
  • Assist with organizing client events and communications
  • Support general office administration and operations
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in the financial services industry advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
