Position: Company Secretarial & Governance Administrator
Location: Port Shepstone

A leading corporate player in property management located in Port Shepstone is seeking to fill a vacancy for a company secretary role. The candidate will provide end-to-end secretarial, statutory, governance, and compliance administration support for various entities. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, preparing CIPC documentation, and supporting governance requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong administration skills and knowledge of the Accfin Sky programme, and a Company Secretary Course is advantageous.
