We need a high-calibre all-rounder who can support partners, manage internal service projects, and keep the office running smoothly.
The role (3-in-1)This is a senior support role combining:
If you’ve thrived in an audit/accounting/legal/professional services environment before, you’ll understand the pace, accuracy, and client-facing maturity required.
Key responsibilities Partner / Executive support- Diary and meeting management, prioritising urgent requests and shifting schedules
- Drafting professional correspondence; handling confidential information
- Preparing packs for meetings (agendas, checklists, client documents)
- Following up on delegated actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating internal deadlines across multiple clients and teams
- Tracking deliverables, status updates, and outstanding client information
- Managing “next steps” communication with clients (professional, firm, clear)
- Supporting proposals, onboarding admin, and process/checklist adherence
- Reception/office coordination, supplier management, basic procurement
- Filing and document control (digital and physical), version control
- Maintaining internal registers, templates, and admin processes
- Supporting team logistics (training bookings, travel, basic HR admin support)
- Previous experience in a similar role within an audit / accounting / consulting / legal or professional services firm
- Excellent written communication and client-facing professionalism
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and ability to handle pressure
- High attention to detail (you will be tested on this in the application)
- Reliable transport and ability to work in-office
- You must live within a practical commuting distance of Benoni.
