Full-time, Permanent Msuez Uk is a leading company in the waste management industry, providing innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg South, South Africa. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our operations.

This includes maintaining accurate records, organizing and filing documents, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of company documents, including contracts, invoices, and employee records - Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and emails - Process and track invoices and expenses - Assist with data entry and data management tasks - Provide general support to visitors and clients - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Knowledge of waste management industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
