Creditors Clerk / Accounts Payable

An excellent opportunity is available within the Wine Industry in the scenic Robertson valley.

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including capturing, processing and verifying all accounts payable data.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients and resolve queries on accounts.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by management.

• Knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting procedures and stock.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as Sage, Quick Books).
• Computer literate.
• Willingness to work weekends (1 Saturday every 4‑6 weeks).
