Qualifications

• SAP experience or knowledge would be advantageous
• Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
• Able to work flexible working hours (overtime when/if needed)
• Able to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
• Confident, independent person who is a fast learner and a team player
• Assertive, logical thinker and strong relationship building skills

• Budget preparation and assistance with various budgets
• Preparing monthly Operations Reports
• Management fees, dividends and tax calculations
• Compiling month end packs
• Sundry Factory / Distribution cost monthly analysis and processing
• Updating Waste, R/kg, tonnage, gainshare schedules monthly
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
• Update & Completing - Distribution and African Income statements
• Capex capitalising/scrapping assets, monthly depreciation
• Calculations, reconciling, posting HPs, update monthly HP schedule
• Journal preparation and processing
• General housekeeping and filing
• Any other ad hoc related duties when required
