Position: Accountant /Senior Bookkeeper
Location: Germiston

30 000 CTC - R40 000 CTC per month Our client in the chemical manufacturing industry is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their dynamic team in Bedfordview.
Minimum requirements:

Matric with a Relevant finance Certificate or Diploma

5 years experience in a similar role

Strong expertise in end-to-end bookkeeping functions

Perform monthly bank and cashbook reconciliations

Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure accurate VAT reconciliations

Maintain fixed asset registers, including depreciation calculations

Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Prepare, review, and process customer and supplier invoices accurately and timeously

Support internal and external audit processes by preparing audit files and responding to audit queries

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
