Job Description

I am hiring for our client (which provides logistics services) for a Bookkeeper, based in the East Rand, Johannesburg.

Please Note:

Required:

-Grade 12.

-Relevant bookkeeping qualification.

-Computer Skills.

-Able to use digital applications in paperless environment.

Key responsibilities:

-Capturing and reconciling Cash Books.

-Processing of external & internal supplier and sales invoices.

-Reconcile supplier accounts for payment.

-Intercompany loan account reconciliations.

-Capturing of monthly journals.

-Assist with weekly stock take.

-Daily cashflow forecast.

-Monthly debtors and creditors age analysis report enquiries.
