What We’re Looking For

Our Facilities team is seeking an experienced qualified Facilities Technician to join the Facilities team in maintaining the commercial, industrial and residential properties. The Facilities team works on various projects including new construction, maintenance, working the grounds which include large vegetable gardens, orchards and our own animal sanctuary. This is a full‑time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a welcoming, team‑focused work environment.

  • Candidates must have prior training or experience with HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing*
Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
  • Preform regular maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting
  • Able to inspect and troubleshoot building systems, able to provide clear reports or resolve issues as needed
  • Updating maintenance logs on PC and basic computer knowledge able to read and send emails
  • Set up and break down of office furniture and company events
  • Groundskeeping including regular lawn care, snow removal and basic landscaping
  • Communicating clearly with managers to provide updates on daily tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training a plus!
  • Prior trade experience required (HVAC/Electrical)
  • Basic skills with hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs
  • Able to work in heat or cold
  • Valid drivers license
  • Computer literacy
  • OSHA certified a plus
Work & Schedule
  • Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
