What We’re Looking ForOur Facilities team is seeking an experienced Food Services Director to direct kitchen operations. The Ticket Network kitchen serves an employee population of over 200 on a daily basis and is responsible for preparing hot and cold meal options daily. This role will be responsible for managing, and insuring the completion of, day-to-day and weekly kitchen goals, workforce planning and scheduling, vendor management, and strategic planning for our dining services.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in managing the operations of a high volume kitchen, in working directly with vendors and pricing out the best options for procurement, and in team management. The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment is key. This is a full‑time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a welcoming, team‑focused work environment.
- Kitchen operations oversight, including team management and inspection/maintenance of kitchen facility
- Menu planning
- Maintain budget for kitchen operations in relation to vendor management
- Facilitate orders for food and kitchen items
- Team oversight including staff scheduling and strategic workforce planning
- Participate and training and supervision of new and existing staff
- Prepare and review budget documentation for accuracy
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate contracts and make decisions on what is cost effective
- Serv Safe certification
- At least 3 years of experience working in kitchen operations
- Exposure to a high volume kitchen environment
- Associate Degree in Business, Hospitality or Related Fields.
