Our Facilities team is seeking an experienced Facilities staff to join our team. The candidate will work as a general laborer and perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of buildings and sanctuary. Also to assist with the upkeep of our indoor and outdoor gardens. This is a full‑time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a welcoming, team‑focused work environment.

• Feed, water, and provide general care for livestock.
• Clean animal pens, stalls, and barns.
• Monitor the health of animals and report signs of illness or injury.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops for the kitchen
• Trimming fruit trees and bushes.
• Snow removal and salting in colder months at all of our properties.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Set up furniture and equipment for meetings, events, and/or conferences.
• Ensure that all work areas are safe and free from hazards.
• * Snow removal or animal care outside of normal schedule
• * From time to time could be called to assist with an emergency.

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Proficient with hand tools
• Attention to detail

• Knowledge and skill to use heavy equipment

• Computer Literate
