As the General Manager of Stretch Lab Branford, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the studio’s success—from pre-sale planning to post-opening growth

• Studio Pre-Sale & Launch
  :
  Drive brand awareness, memberships, and local buzz before the studio opens
• Sales & Membership Growth
  :
  Develop outreach strategies, meet monthly goals, and manage lead follow-up
• Team Leadership
  :
  Recruit, train, and manage Flexologists and Sales Associates to deliver a top-tier experience
• Operations Oversight
  :
  Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and inventory
• Customer Experience
  :
  Foster a welcoming, motivating studio environment that reflects Stretch Lab’s mission
• KPI Management
  :
  Monitor key performance metrics, sales reports, and operational targets

• Experienced in fitness studio or wellness center management (1+ years preferred)
• Pre-sale or studio launch experience is strongly preferred
• Passionate about health, movement, and creating community
• Skilled in sales, marketing, and local outreach strategies
• A natural leader with excellent team-building, coaching, and communication skills
• Highly organized and confident using CRM or studio software platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Experience with platforms like Mind Body, Zenoti, or Club Ready
• Background in fitness, physical therapy, personal training, or boutique wellness
• Familiarity with Xponential Fitness brands or other franchise fitness models

• Competitive base salary: $52,000–$60,000/year, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses tied to membership sales and studio goals
