We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee core accounting functions related to our real estate operations. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, property‑level accounting, and supporting strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate has strong real estate accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple properties and entities.
• Handle property‑level accounting including CAM reconciliations, rent roll tie‑outs, and lease analysis.
• Record and reconcile general ledger transactions, accruals, and intercompany entries.
• Coordinate with property managers on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and lender reporting.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and accounting efficiencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including real estate or property accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
