Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee core accounting functions related to our real estate operations. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, property-level accounting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong real estate accounting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple properties and entities

• Handle property-level accounting including CAM reconciliations, rent roll tie-outs, and lease analysis

• Record and reconcile general ledger transactions, accruals, and intercompany entries

• Coordinate with property managers on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and lender reporting

• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls

• Identify process improvements and accounting efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including real estate or property accounting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate financial reporting

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
