Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Senior Primary Care (Outpatient)

Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new senior-focused outpatient clinic in South Tucson, AZ. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours, small patient panels, and 45-minute appointments that prioritize patient relationships and provider satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 65+
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
- Manage non-complex acute and chronic conditions
- Focus on prevention, wellness, and reducing ER visits
- Utilize modern EMR (eClinical
Works) – training provided

Must Have:
- Active or in-process Arizona FNP license
- 2–3+ years' NP experience
