Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage CCTV Survey Processor / Technical Services Analyst to join their Scheme Delivery team in the West Midlands.

This is a key office-based role supporting major highways drainage projects. You will be responsible for ensuring Win Can data accuracy, MSCC5 compliance, and high-quality remedial reporting, working closely with CCTV Rig Managers, Site Supervisors and operational teams.

If you are an experienced Drainage CCTV Survey Processor with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing infrastructure services business.

The Role
Carry out detailed quality checks on Win Can VX survey data
Ensure all data is accurate, complete and coded to MSCC5 / OS19X standards
Liaise with site teams to resolve data queries or missing information
Process CCTV survey results into clear, client-ready reports
Draft practical remedial proposals based on survey findings
Provide technical updates and reporting to management
About You
OS19X qualification (essential)
Experience using Win Can VX
Knowledge of DDMS / GDMS (preferred)
Strong understanding of drainage survey standards and data accuracy
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who works well with operational teams
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Flexible start/finish times (8:30–16:30 or 9:00–17:00)
Office-based with occasional site visits
