• Cannock
• Tamworth
• Lichfield
• Burntwood

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work in education while gaining valuable experience in secondary school settings.

Aspire People works closely with schools across the Midlands, providing high-quality education staff and a personalised recruitment experience. You will be supported by Emily Kramer, your dedicated education consultant, who brings 15 years of experience working within education recruitment and supporting staff in local schools.

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students to stay on task and engaged

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and confident approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Ad hoc daily work to fit around your availability
• Competitive daily rates
• £100 joining fee once cleared for work
