This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in South St. Paul, MN. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide product information, process orders, and meet sales goals.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships
- Proficiency in sales software or CRM tools is a plus
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
