Production Operator - 2nd Shift

Join the Sanimax team as a Production Operator for the second shift at our South St. Paul facilities.

• Pay starts at $21.38
• Stable schedule:
  Monday to Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Full benefits to include Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability and a matching 401K up to 5%
• 3% Quarterly Bonus

• Various plant production functions which will include loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventory
• Backing and dumping trailers into staging areas
• Partner with supervisor or maintenance to troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Seek better ways by communicating with the shift supervisor on cost saving ideas or recommendations involved in the plant operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team

• Minimum 18 years age
• 1+ year experience working in a plant environment preferred
• Experience with forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment is a plus
• Ability to learn various tasks and computer system
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently when needed, while being a team player

• Can lift 30-50 pounds comfortably on a regular basis
• Walking/standing consistently through the shift
• Climb stairs and ladders
• Working inside and outside as needed
