We’re looking for an experienced Plan/Spec Sales professional with a strong HVAC background to manage projects from announcement through bid and final sale
. This role focuses on working with engineers and customers during the bidding process to secure equipment selections and drive project wins.
- Track and manage plan/spec projects from announcement through award
- Support customers during bidding with equipment selections and technical input
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and contractors
- Represent a high-quality HVAC product portfolio (excluding Multi Manufacturing and RFG)
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate bids and successful project execution
- HVAC industry experience (plan/spec, sales, estimating, or engineering)
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
