What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you ll be the voice of Bonfe: creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe’s reputation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development.
