Maintenance / Reliability Manager
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing general repairs, as well as preventive maintenance requirements on motors, control systems, pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, utility systems, hydraulic systems, drive systems, and production machines, at Ingredion’s SSC Pea Protein facility. Must be experienced in following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions, troubleshooting PLCs, and electrical systems.
Maintains production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
As an Electro-Mechanical Tech, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that company, customer, and regulatory procedures for safety, quality, production and costs are carried out effectively and efficiently across their respective shift.
Support the compliance with all plant regulatory, ISO, Quality, Food Safety systems, GMP policies, guidelines, standards and requirements.
Participate in and promote safety programs at all levels every day.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Removes defective parts by dismantling devices;
