OPERATOR​/SCHEDULER

Overview

1 – Full-Time Position

Hours are Monday & Thursday 9am to 6pm;
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 5pm.

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus.
• Previous phone experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and use overhead paging system.
• Access Practice Management System to inform patients of appointment information.
• Formulate phone notes from patient calls in EMR.
• Work directly with medical staff to ensure accurate communication and understanding between patient and staff.
• Assist patients in completing all necessary intake forms at initial visit, including but not limited to, demographic and medical history and financial verification.
• These functions are not all inclusive.
