Refuse Driver

At Team Support we are looking for an experienced HGV 2 Driver Loader to join our team working in refuse collection. This role starts as a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

As an HGV / LGV Class 2 Refuse Driver Loader you will lead a team of loaders, ensuring their health and safety and assisting with bin loading when necessary. You will also be responsible for conducting vehicle checks on refuse lorries.

Duties Carry out refuse & recycling collections daily with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job.

Undertaking all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal.

Use of in-cab technology / mobile devices as directed by the Contract. Completing relevant paperwork in real time.
