Working across our South Shields and Wallsend sites, you'll:

• Carry out planned plumbing maintenance
• Respond to reactive and urgent repairs
• Investigate faults and implement effective solutions
• Undertake installations and general building maintenance
• Support out‑of‑hours emergency call‑outs when required

Using our digital job management system (Estates Helpdesk / Sys Aid), you'll operate within a structured and collaborative team focused on safety, efficiency and high standards.

• Level 3 Plumbing qualification
• Experience in building maintenance, including repairs and installations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
