We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Plumber to join our friendly Estates team. If you enjoy problem‑solving, variety, and the satisfaction of keeping a busy college running smoothly, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge, development and impact.

We’re committed to your professional development. You’ll have opportunities to expand your skills, work towards your Gas Safe qualification, and engage in ongoing CPD as part of the Estates team.

You’ll also play an active role in helping shape the next generation of trades professionals by offering day‑to‑day guidance and practical mentoring.

You’ll work across our sites, tackling everything from planned plumbing maintenance to urgent repairs — no two days are alike. You’ll investigate issues, find solutions, carry out installations, and even support out‑of‑hours emergencies when needed.

From digital job management (Estates Helpdesk / Sys Aid) to a collaborative team culture, you’ll be supported to deliver high‑quality, safe work every day.

• Level 3 Plumbing qualification
• Experience in building maintenance, including repairs, installations and general maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
