OTE up to £52,480 (Uncapped); £38,000 to £43,000 basic depending on qualifications, plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and Time Saved Bonus Scheme

40 hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, plus Saturdays on rota basis

We are currently recruiting for a Senior / Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician to strengthen our growing team. As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic you will work alongside experienced technicians and apprentices, conducting vehicle health checks, services and additional repairs. You will report to the Aftersales Manager and may pursue manufacturer accredited schemes and Hybrid & Electric training.

• Carry out checks in line with manufacturers guidelines
• Understand and carry out basic diagnosis in mechanical and electrical work
• Conduct vehicle service in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and customer requests
• Carry out any additional repairs once authorised by the customer
• Perform warranty repairs per the manufacturer’s guidelines and complete relevant write‑ups
• Take the customer’s vehicle on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, with motor industry experience. A Master Technician Accreditation and a full, valid UK driving licence are required. Self‑motivated, supportive, ambitious and eager to learn, you should maintain the highest standards for all vehicles that pass through our doors. Brand experience is desirable but not essential; diagnostic, MOT and EV experience is also desirable.
