Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support in welcoming and inclusive schools across South Shields. Here, you will be supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping students reach their full potential!

• Providing small group, and 1:1 support to SEND students
• Assisting the class teacher with any student learning support
• Helping pupils achieve socially and academically
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Previous teaching experience working with SEN children (desired but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and compassion towards students with additional needs

• Support from a dedicated team of consultants
• Paid through PAYE (no umbrella companies)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
