As a Trainee Primary Teacher, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Assist with planning and classroom preparation

• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis

• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Gain hands‑on experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

• A recent graduate or aspiring teacher (Education or related degree desirable)

• Passion for working with children

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• Previous experience working with children (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.) is desirable but not essential
